I am a disabled US Army Veteran and I got into gaming to help with my Depression and Anxiety. I go by MicaSmith11B and I stream online on Twitch as a way to cope and as an avenue to help others who suffer from the same conditions I do as well. Since I have started streaming I have helped other Veterans with being someone to talk to or to point them in the proper direction on where to get help.
